I’m sure you noticed the BIG change in my blog. Ang ganda no? I’ve wanted to change the look and have a new chunkier logo for the longest time now and Squeesome Design Studio made it possible! Kaya ngayon I’m more inspired to blog.
I told you the other day that I’ll be sharing with you what I did with the meats from Tenderbites — lets start with the Hamonado Longganisa simply because I was craving LongSilog yesterday and it’s the easiest one to cook. AT mahilig talaga ako sa longganisa!
I boiled it in about 1/2 cup of water at tinusok ko ng toothpick para lumabas ang oil while boiling. It released very little oil — meaning hindi sya fatty — it was all meat. When the water evaporated, I added a little oil for frying kasi nga very little oil ang lumabas. I fried it in low heat to avoid burning it.
Syempre, hindi magiging LongSiLog without Sinangag and fried egg…

So what do I think about the Hamonado Longganisa? Masarap!!! Savory, sweet, and garlicky just how I like my longganisa to be! Sakto ang lasa, beshie! Healthy din kasi hindi mataba.
