Creamy Beef with Mushrooms

At last, it’s Friday! Iba ang pagka-aligaga namin ngayong linggo. Ang daming adjustment sa life. DaddyDoodleDoo is back to work this week.😊 After such a long time freelancing and stuff, he decided to go back to corporate. And because he started training this week, I am naturally the one left at home with everything — the house, the nine pets, our kids, and food content creation. Oh, yes! This last one. I think I’m finally getting my “food content creating mojo” back.

I’ve been so out of it since November last year and it’s only this year that I’m slowly getting it back. Sana hindi namawala — hihihi.

Anyway, now the hours in the day is not enough for me to finish my “to-do list”. Hopefully, I get to adjust and manage my time better.

CREAMY BEEF WITH MUSHROOMS RECIPE VIDEO

At dahil nga aligaga kami, syempre dasurv namin ng masarap na ulam. So I cooked Creamy Beef with Mushrooms, one of our family’s favorite ulam. I used beef sirloin strips because that’s what’s available to me but it would be easier to cook if you’ll use beef sukiyaki cut or the plain beef for beef samgyup. You won’t need to simmer the beef anymore.

Make sure to marinate the beef first to make it more flavorful. 30 minutes to 1 hour will be good enough.

If you don’t like mushrooms naman you can add young corn, just like this Beef with Young Corn.
