I’ve had my popsicle mold for quite a while now but I believe that this is the first time that I’m going to share a popsicle recipe with you. I don’t know. Maybe it’s the heat or I’ve been making too much Strawberry Ice Candy.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking of a healthy non-chocolate dessert lately. And since the heat is killing us, I thought why not make popsicles? The flavor is out of the question — it has to be our favorite, hence, Strawberry Yogurt Pops.

These popsicles are not only tasty, but they’re also perfect for anyone looking for a healthier alternative to sugary ice pops. Made with fresh strawberries and creamy yogurt, they’re a guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

  • Healthy and Refreshing: Packed with fruit and yogurt, these popsicles are a nutritious and hydrating way to cool down.
  • Customizable: Feel free to experiment with different flavors! Add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice for a tangy twist, or mix in some blueberries or raspberries for a berry medley.

Tips and Tricks

  • For an extra pop of flavor, try layering the yogurt and strawberry mixture in the molds.
  • Want to add some crunch? Dip the bottom of the frozen pops in crushed granola or chopped nuts before returning them to the freezer for a few more minutes.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use disposable paper cups or small Dixie cups. Just be sure to insert a popsicle stick or straw before freezing.

So ditch the store-bought popsicles and whip up a batch of these homemade strawberry yogurt pops. They’re a delicious and refreshing way to beat the summer heat and create some fun memories in the kitchen!
