We also had other authentic #Vietnamese dishes : Tofu Mushroom Vermicelli, Summer Rolls, and the FLYING SEA BASS (swipe left) na na-enjoy namin ng bongga because it’s very interactive and a bite is exploding in flavor.

It’s a combination of everything you see in the photo: rice paper, lettuce, mint, basil, cilantro, green mango, cucumber,cilantro chili lime sauce, and chili vinaigrette.

Used San Marino Corned Tuna to make this healthy but Oh-so-yummy Tuna Burger!

At alam nyo mga mars, nagustuhan ni Ykaie! Tuwang-tuwa ako kasi hindi nya masyado gusto ang tuna tapos ito sobrang nagustuhan nya. Another healthy recipe added to our regular menu rotation here at home.

Here’s the recipe para naman magaya nyo...

TUNA BURGER

INGREDIENTS:
Tuna Patties
2 cans San Marino Chili Corned Tuna, drained and flaked
½ cup panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp chopped chives
4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
juice of half a lemon (or juice of 4 calamansi)
3 tbsp heavy cream or all purpose cream
1 egg
Garlic Mayo
½ cup mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp lemon juice (or calamansi juice)
To serve
4 burger buns
lettuce
lemon wedges

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 360ºF
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, garlic, salt and paper, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Add the egg and mix well to combine.
3. Divide the tuna into four equal portions and pat each portion into a patty.
4. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
Serve on toasted burger buns with lettuce, garlic mayo, and fresh lemon wedges. Enjoy!

First time ko gumawa ng Apple Pie! Kakaiba ito sa mga ibang Apple Pie na natikman ko na kasi yung apple filling hinaluan ko ng Nestle All Purpose Cream kaya naging mas rich at creamy! Medyo matrabaho ito lutuin pero super worth it dahil ang sarap!

Minsan masaya rin ang mag-experiment sa kusina kasi nakaka-discover tayo ng mga bagong dishes na magiging part ng ating regular menu rotation sa bahay. Kagaya nitong Creamy Apple Pie, ngayong alam ko na sya gawin at certified hit sa aming family. Siguradong magiging dessert staple na namin to.

Last week, umorder ako sa Lazada ng Nestle Cream na may kasamang Maggi Supreme Sarap. Gusto ko kasi ma-try tong Maggi Supreme Sarap. Kahapon sinubukan ko sa dinner namin na Chicken Adobo. Ginamit ko yung All-Natural Chicken drumsticks na binili ko from @coop.grocer . Aba, new and improve Supreme Chicken Adobo ang kinalabasan. Talaga namang mas malinamnam at malasa.

Kasi alam nyo ba, to palang Maggi Supreme Sarap ay kumpleto na -- meron na tong soy sauce, meat, oyster sauce, garlic, onion at spices. Lahat ng pampalasang hinahanap mo ay pinagsama-sama na sa isang sauce. Kaya pwede mo syang gamitin sa iba't-ibang ulam kagaya ng Chopsuey at Pancit -- at syempre everybody's favorite -- Adobo. Try nyo rin to mga mommies, talaga namang Supreme sa meaty-linamnam, lapot, at langhap.
